Why is the water flow from my Klyqa Welly very low?Updated 2 hours ago

The Klyqa Welly has two separate water outlets: one at the fresh water tank and one at the drinking tray. The cause of low water flow depends on which outlet is affected.

Low water flow from the fresh water tank

The optional Ultra Filter (ultrafiltration filter) may have reached the end of its service life.

➜ Remove the filter from the fresh water tank and check whether the water flow returns to normal.

➜ If the water flow improves without the filter, replace the Ultra Filter with a new one.

Low water flow at the drinking tray

This is often caused by limescale buildup, pet hair, or food residue blocking the water outlet.

➜ Remove the water outlet and water channel components and clean them thoroughly until all blockages have been removed.

Regular cleaning and timely replacement of the Ultra Filter (if installed) will help maintain consistent water flow and ensure reliable operation of your Klyqa Welly.
