If your Klyqa Welly no longer changes or refills the water, the issue is usually caused by a small adjustment or the need for recalibration.
First, check the silicone locking ring
Make sure the silicone locking ring is installed correctly.
👉 If the ring is not positioned properly, the fountain may not detect the tank correctly.

Your Klyqa Welly most likely needs to be recalibrated.
How to recalibrate your Klyqa Welly
- Open the Klyqa Pet app.
- Go to Device Settings.
- Select Calibration.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Important:
Remove both water tanks before starting the calibration process.
When is recalibration necessary?
Recalibration is usually required if:
- The Klyqa Welly has been moved to a different location.
- The surface underneath the fountain has changed (for example, a different floor or countertop).
