If your Klyqa Welly Smart Pet Fountain is no longer refilling water or displays an error message, please check the following:
1. Check the silicone locking ring
Make sure the silicone locking ring is correctly positioned above the dirty water tank.
If the ring is missing or not seated properly, the tank cannot seal correctly.
2. Check the position of the dirty water tank
Ensure that the dirty water tank is fully inserted and correctly seated inside the device.
Why is this important?
The Klyqa Welly includes a built-in safety mechanism. If the dirty water tank is not installed correctly, the fountain will automatically stop refilling water to prevent malfunctions or potential leaks. In this case, the device enters an error state.
How to fix it
- Remove the dirty water tank.
- Check that the silicone locking ring is installed correctly.
- Reinsert the dirty water tank, making sure it is fully seated and securely locked in place.
Once the tank is installed correctly, the Klyqa Welly should resume normal operation and begin refilling water again.
